During her 14-year tenure with CFHC, Meagan has demonstrated exceptional versatility and leadership, serving as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in addiction treatment, Program Manager overseeing the Ryan White and Health Care for the Homeless Programs, and currently as Director of Corporate Compliance. In her current role, she also serves as the organization's Risk Manager and HIPAA Privacy Officer, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, accountability, and patient protection.

With her expertise in healthcare administration, grants and contracts compliance, and strategic program development, Meagan has driven initiatives that expand access to care, strengthen healthcare infrastructure, and improve outcomes for thousands of patients in underserved communities. As a key leader at CFHC, she identifies funding opportunities, develops highly competitive grant applications, and manages complex federal, state, and private funding initiatives that advance the organization's mission. Her efforts generate approximately $10–15 million annually in grant-supported resources, allowing CFHC to expand services, modernize technology, improve facilities, strengthen operational capacity, and implement innovative healthcare solutions. Her leadership has helped secure funding for critical initiatives, including rural healthcare expansion, school-based health services, chronic disease management programs, technology modernization, and projects that directly improve patient access and quality of care.
