Meagan Lanier is the Director of Corporate Compliance at Coastal Family Health Center. Meagan is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). In her current role, she oversees organizational compliance, risk management, grants, and key operational functions, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accountability, transparency, and sustainable growth.
